Keys to a Successful Adoption: PERSERVERANCE
When an adoption goes smoothly it is awesome. However, it is not uncommon for there to be some bumps in the road. There can be unexpected delays, changes in laws or documents, or a disruption- just to name a few.
Without a clearly defined understanding of the adoption process, and realistic expectations, bumps in the road can seem like sink holes instead of potholes. Temporarily straying off course does not mean the end of the road.
Adoption is a lesson in faith and patience and the timing may not always be on your schedule. Our best advice, is stay the course. Perseverance pays off.
