Kate & Russell

Hello! We’re Kate and Russell. Thank you for taking time to learn about our family. We have
been together for 10 years and married for 4. Adoption has long been our goal to grow our
family, and we are so excited to have this opportunity.

We live in a small town with our dog, Phoebe, and two cats, Rory and Conan. Kate is an
attorney and Russell is a systems analyst at the nearby university hospital. We enjoy exploring
the many trails and parks near our home and taking camping trips with Phoebe, all activities we
look forward to sharing with a child. We have a strong support network of family nearby and
often spend the weekends with them, checking out local festivals or grilling out. After several
years of being aunt and uncle, we’re excited to be parents ourselves.

Kate grew up with a family full of adopted cousins and has seen and experienced the love in
adoptive families. Russell’s sister and young niece lived with us for three years and we
embraced both the joy they brought to our home and the role we could provide as supportive
figures. We cannot wait to provide a child with a loving and supporting home, while ensuring
they know where they come from and the incredible love you have for them.
