Reid & Amy

Hello,

We are Amy and Reid. We have been together for 5 years. We own a house in north Texas. Reid is a Software Engineer and Amy is a Software Tester, though we plan on Amy being a full time mom when we are parents.

We met over our shared love of games. By facing hundreds of difficult encounters in games, we have developed a great sense of how to communicate with each other. We know each other’s strengths and weaknesses, and know exactly what to say to make the other one laugh. We believe in seeing the joy in every situation, and we can’t wait to share our joy with a child. When you start with joy, learning becomes recreation and hard work is self motivating.

We can’t wait to build pillow forts, do nightly bedtime stories, and have family board game nights. We will spare no expense helping our child find their passion. If our child wants to be an artist, we will do whatever it takes to get them every paint and brush they could ask for. If our kid wants to build model rockets, we will do whatever it takes to make that rocket leave the atmosphere.
